Bloodyrags :- Some say he scrapes turtle wax on his toast for breakfast and his breath is of new car smell,  all we know is he is the huggster!!

He is the overall GM. This means he has final decision but he is very approachable and is willing to listen.

Kitaena :- a.k.a the slacker.  He is the dept GM.  When Bloodyrags is not around he is next in chain of command.
